Common Grant Report Format

CGRF Tips for Users
— (pdf 59k)

The Colorado Common Grant Report Format (CGRF) was released in July 2002 as a companion to the CGA.  Funders accepting the CGA often also accept the CGRF to facilitate efficiency in reporting processes.  This document is currently being updated, and the committee plans to launch it in June 2009.

We have included the format here because it continues to be accepted by many funders, and is a good tool for assisting you in reflecting and reporting your work to funders. The CGRF is in a format that allows you to download, edit, modify, and save.

As with the CGA, confirm with your specific funder that the CGRF is acceptable for their purposes.  Make sure you tailor your documents for your grant and your funder, including requirements or evaluative information specific to the grant and/or funder.

Tips for Users also created in 2002, is a guide to assist you in using the CGRF effectively.  This document is in PDF format, and can be used on-line or as a desk-top reference tool. A new User's Guide is being created to support the Revised CGRF, and will also be launched in June.

Future Revisions:  As noted above, both the Common Grant Report Format and its Tips for Users are currently undergoing revisions. Want to be emailed when it launches?
